Patriotism With A Purpose

Narrative historical nonfiction; Battle of Long Island; American Revolution

I present stories of brave and determined people who wanted to rid themselves of tyranny and create better lives for their families. It is my hope that when young people read my books they make that connection. An important reason to study history is to learn about ourselves, What's in our hearts--ALL of our hearts -- never changes.

Educating and Enriching Young Minds

Daughters of the American Revolution gift nonfiction picture book Revolutionary Friends to students.

I love learning when groups donate my books to young people. These Daughters of the American Revolution gifted Revolutionary Friends to young students in Williamsburg, Virginia!
